Cellugum-G2, G4 and G10 are high viscous textile printing thickening agents, Natural Polysaccharide Dervatives which has wide application for Cation dyes on crylic Blanket and Carpet.

Characteristics:

Viscosity at 2% Solution (G2): 40,000-45,000cps( Brookfield LVT, 10 rpm, 20℃)

Viscosity at 4% Solution (G4): 40,000-45,000cps( Brookfield LVT, 10 rpm, 20℃)

Viscosity at 10% Solution (G10): 40,000-45,000cps( Brookfield LVT, 10 rpm, 20℃)

Preparation of stock thickener solution

A stock thickener solution is prepared by dissolving the powder at 2-10% in cold water under a normal speed stirrer. After adding an acid in order to adjust PH 5-5.5 with a continuous stir until a complete solution, it goes a stock thickener solution.

1. Good penetration and Levelness

2. Excellent washing-out property

3. High colour yield and brightness with Cation Dyestuffs.
